Keep in mind that the brokerage you choose to affiliate with will represent you as well as you represent them. As you lay out your choices, ask yourself;

  • Where are they located at?
  • How is the managment and customer service?
  • Are they up-to-date in technology with their systems, etc.?
  • Do they support their agents with education and training?
  • What is their commission structure?
  • What are the benefits with joing this brokerage?
  • Do they help agents with lead generation and marketing materials?

*Although Tristar Realty is the parent company of Tristar Academy, all of our students have the freedom to choose their brokerage after taken the course.
