This is a 3-hour elective course that explains the processes and procedures involved in listing HUD homes.
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) acquires thousands of homes every year through foreclosure on properties that had Federal Housing Administration (FHA) insured mortgages. You will learn how the properties are awarded to individual brokers for listing, how the brokers and agents involved in a HUD transaction are compensated, and how they are listed and marketed.
At the end of the course, the participants receive 3 elective hours of MD CE credit towards their renewal.
This class is for Real Estate Salesperson and Associate Brokers looking to fulfill their license renewal requirements for Maryland.
