This course deals with the requirements of the law relating to a seller’s agent’s obligation to disclose material facts to the buyer, the interplay between federal law and Maryland law regarding lead-based paint disclosure, the notice regarding deferred water and sewer assessments and charges, disclosure of latent defects under certain conditions, and other relevant information on this subject.
The different prescribed forms for the disclosure of material facts to the buyer are also discussed and analyzed for the benefit of participants.
At the end of the course, the participants receive 1.5 of hours to their credit.
This class is for Real Estate Salesperson and Associate Brokers looking to fulfill their license renewal requirements for Maryland.
