This is a 3-hour required course for Brokers, Office Branch Managers, & Teams leaders that explains the responsiblities of supervising licensees under you.

If you are a broker, office branch manager, or a team leader it is your duty to provide adequate and reasonable supervision to licensees under you. Failing to do so could result in severe penalties and/or fines.

This course will provide an in depth review of those responsiblities to give you a full understanding how they apply to special issues, use of advertisements, handling of deposits, and so much more.

    What am I going to get from this course?
  • At the end of the course, the participants receive 3 elective hours of MD CE credit towards their renewal.

  • What is the target audience?
  • This class is required for Real Estate individuals who either have a brokers license, are a office branch manager, or are a team leader looking to fulfill their license renewal requirements for Maryland.

Is this course required?

Yes, but only if you are a Broker, Branch Office Manager, or Team Leader. It can be used as an elective credit for a licensed agent that is non of mentioned 3.

Will I get a certificate at the end of class?

No, your credits will be submitted electronically to DLLR and you will receive a confirmation email once submitted.
