License Renewal Date: Every Two Years From The Date The License Was Issued To The Licensee. (You Can Find Your Expiration Date On The Bottom Of Your License Or On The DLLR Website)

State Required Hours: 15 Credit Hours (No Duplicate Classes). 10.5 Hours Of Required Courses And 4.5 Hours Of Elective Courses.

MD Salespersons & Associate Brokers (Residential)

  • 3.0 Credit Hours | MD Legislative Update (A)

  • 3.0 Credit Hours | MD Ethics, Flipping, & Predatory Lending (D)

  • 3.0 Credit Hours | MREC Agency - Residential (H)

  • 1.5 Credit Hours | Fair Housing (C)

Note: Classes Are Non-transferable. If Registered For A Class And Do Not Attend, There Is No Refund. Tristar Academy Give A 24 Hours Window For Cancellation.

Elective Credit For DC: The Below Classes Are Available For DC Elective Credits For $10 Per Class.

  • MREC Agency – Residential

  • MD Ethics, Flipping, & Predatory Lending

CE Credit Uploading: CE Credits Are Uploaded Electronically Via The DLLR Website. Once The Credits Are Uploaded, You Receive An Email Receipt Of Your CE Credit Completion. The State Requires For Us To Upload The Completed CE Credit Within Five To Seven Days After The Completed Class Date.
