Cindy B. Sinanan

President, Instructor, Broker

Cindy B. Sinanan has over 20 years experience in real estate, as well as cooking and dancing. She is licensed in Maryland, DC, and Virginia. Cindy currently serves as the Maryland & DC Broker and the Virginia Associate Broker for Tristar Realty, Inc.
Cindy's goal is to educate to the best of her ability so that each and every student can have the full knowledge of real estate today and in the later years to be successful. Cindy is passionate and dedicated in sharing and helping others reach their goals. Cindy prides herself in love, kindness, patience, loyalty, honesty, and integrity.
Cindy previously held positions of a real estate agent and co-owner and manager of RTI Computers back in the 1990's. She has the certifications of a Short Sale Specialist, Distress Properties, Credit Service Business, Trustee Sale Expert, Customer Service & much more! Cindy also attended Weichert Academy and is a member of GCAAR Associations and more!


Chris E. Sinanan

School Director, Instructor, Associate Broker

Chris E. Sinanan has over 20 years in Real Estate. is an Associate Broker licensed in Maryland, DC, and Virginia. Chris' focus point, when teaching, is to break down the information so that the students can grasp a deep understanding from what is being taught. Chris has a passion in marketing, business, growing companies in any market condition(s), and is dedicated in accomplishing, not only his own goals, but to help and make sure that his students do the same. Chris is a creative, ambitious, determined, innovated, effective, and masterminded leader. Chris was previously the CEO of ECS Computers Technology, President and CEO of RTI Computers, Investor (currently a hobby), Stock and Option Trader, Operation Director for Allstar Corporations Construction, CEO of EBT Mold, and he is currently the Vice President of Operations at Tristar Realty, Inc. Chris enjoys cooking, having a drink, fishing, boating, driving, and much more. He loves to motivate and be motivated. Chris is known for being a great speaker, a risk-taker, a leader, and much more!


Seun Lawal

RCO, Instructor

Seun Lawal has over 7 years of experience in Real Estate Law & Practice. He has a Law Degree and currently has a number of certifications such as a Law, Bar, Insurance Broker, and Professional.

He’s been an Attorney-at-Law at various law firms both within and outside the U.S.

Some of the qualities and characteristics that Seun possess are loyalty, efficiency, commitment, and tenacity. When he’s not teaching he enjoys dancing, singing, and impacting positivity on other people’s lives.

Seun’s main goal when teaching is making the point direct, concise, and easy to understand. Seun states, “I’m always on the lookout for emerging possibilities to serve others.”


Wyman Jones

Realtor®, Instructor, Music Teacher

Wyman is an accomplished educator and real estate professional, and he have a solid history of experience in both fields.

As an educator, Wyman has over 30 years of experience with teaching in Maryland and the District of Columbia.  He also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Grambling State University, and a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Maryland at College Park.   Currently, he is a member of the National Educators Association, the Maryland State Teachers Association, the District of Columbia Teachers Association, and the Montgomery County Educators Association.  Wyman is very passionate about being an educator, and he enjoys seeing his students achieve their goals through disciplined study and a commitment to excellence.  When Wyman is not teaching my students, he truly enjoys helping others acquire skills and knowledge that will help them to achieve their personal and professional goals.

As a real estate professional, Wyman has over 15 years in this field.  He is a licensed Realtor in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.  Currently, he is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Maryland Association of Realtors, and the Prince Georges County Association of Realtors.   Wyman has a wealth of experience in handling standard and short sales, and transactions involving properties in foreclosure.  His clients have included buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.  With all of his clients, he is focused on their objectives and responsive when they have questions.  Wyman states “I always seek to provide the support that is needed to achieve the desired result at the end of a transaction.  Simply, my goal is to constantly provide my clients with excellent customer service.  As Anthony Hitt – a successful businessman – once said, ‘[t]o be successful in real estate, you must always and consistently put your clients' best interests first.  When you do, your personal needs will be realized beyond your greatest expectations.’”

When he is not teaching or selling real estate, Wyman is actively involved in community service projects that are sponsored by his fraternity, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., of which he has been a member of since 1986.  These community service projects have involved providing scholarship opportunities to students, programs to prepare students for college, youth mentoring, and food and clothing drives for the homeless.  Wyman concludes “Success in the field of real estate is not just about earning a commission, but it is also about serving your community and building lasting relationships with its members.”
