Course Schedule: 2-Week Daytime Program

Live via Zoom with a Licensed Instructor

  • Days: Monday thru Friday

  • Time: 9:00AM - 4:00PM (1-hour lunch break from 12PM-1PM)

  • Course Duration: 2 Weeks

Important Textbook & Enrollment Information

To ensure you have the materials you need on time:

- Register at least one week before the course start date

  • This allows time for your physical textbook to be shipped and received before class begins

- Registering less than one week before class?

  • You may need to purchase the E-Book version to ensure you can participate on Day 1 as you may not receive your shipped textbooks on time.

- After registration and payment:

  • Our Enrollment Team will contact you via email (Monday–Friday, 10AM–4PM)
  • If you register after hours or on a weekend, expect your email the next business day
  • Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the message and mark us as a safe sender!

Enrollment Requirements

To enroll in the Maryland real estate pre-licensing course, you must:

✓ Be 18 years of age or older   
✓ Hold a high school diploma, GED, or higher education credential   
✓ Have a valid Social Security number (required for the state exam)   
✓ Complete enrollment forms electronically (sent via email after payment)   
✓ Pay tuition and registration fees at time of enrollment, no later than 3 days before class begins

Pre-Licensing Course Refund & Reschedule Policy

Reschedules:

  • Requests to reschedule into a different Pre-Licensing session must be submitted no later than 3 business days prior to the course start date
  • Reschedules requested within 3 days of the class start date may incur a $50 transfer fee and are subject to seat availability

Refunds:

  • Refund requests must be submitted at least 5 business days before the scheduled class start date
  • Refunds requested within 5 business days of the class start date are not eligible for a refund, but a course credit may be issued at the school's discretion
  • All approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method
  • Students who withdraw from the course prior to 50% completion may receive a partial refund of tuition only*
  • Registration fees and textbook costs are non-refundable
  • *The refund amount is determined by the refund schedule outlined in the enrollment forms based on when the withdrawal request is submitted

Attendance Requirements:

  • Students must attend all required classroom hours and complete all coursework successfully to receive their Certificate of Completion
  • Students who miss more than one class session or arrive more than 10 minutes late repeatedly may be required to reschedule the entire course

Course Access & Materials:

  • Once materials have been issued (textbooks or digital access), the course is considered in progress, and no refunds will be granted

No-Shows:

  • Students who fail to attend their scheduled course without prior notice will forfeit their tuition and will not be eligible for a refund or credit
