Real estate is moving fast. AI now writes listing copy, scores leads, and answers client questions after hours. Blockchain is changing how titles get verified, how leases are stored, and how deed fraud gets stopped before it happens. Agents who understand these tools have a real edge, and the ones who don't are starting to feel it.
This July you can earn your continuing education credits while learning exactly how to use them. Tristar Academy, a Maryland Real Estate Commission approved education provider, has teamed up with the Maryland Blockchain Association and the Blockchain Legal Institute to bring a brand new CE program to the 2026 BlockchAIn Bootcamp Conference. Sessions are taught by Mona Hall McKenzie, Esq., a practicing real estate attorney who knows both the law and the day to day of the business.

Where and When
The CE Real Estate track runs Monday, July 13 through Friday, July 17, 2026, at Capitol Technology University, 11301 Springfield Rd, Laurel, MD. Parking on campus is free. Each day pairs a morning AI session (9:30 to 11:30 AM) with an afternoon blockchain session (2:00 to 4:00 PM), and registration is per day, so you can come for one topic or stack several.
What You'll Actually Learn
Every course is built around skills you can use the next morning, not theory you forget by lunch. Across the week you'll learn how to:
- Use AI tools to cut hours of admin work while staying inside MREC advertising and Fair Housing rules
- Spot where AI generated marketing can quietly create Fair Housing exposure, and how to audit your content before it goes live
- Explain blockchain in plain English to clients who ask
- Protect transactions against title fraud and unauthorized deed transfers using tamper resistant digital records
- Build a client and record keeping system that supports your fiduciary duties instead of fighting them
Each course is approved for 1.5 elective CE hours with no quiz required. It's lecture and discussion led by an instructor who works in real estate every day.
